“ Recently attended Noir and had a great experience! The staff were accommodating to my large party and the food was great! Everything came out on time and I would definitely recommend this establishment. I’m not sure about the previous experiences but my experience was nothing like that. Music and vibes were on point!! ”

“ Yummy food and great service. I started with the crab balls that were delicious. It comes with asparagus and dipping sauce. I followed that up with an order of the cheese steak egg rolls, which hit the spot. Our server Dae was amazing. We asked her to move us to the bar when two spots became available. She immediately moved us as a couple left, and the real fun started. She simply asks, "Are you drinking brown or white? After you make the call, she starts to create drinks. She's very heavy-handed!! For dinner, I enjoy the Cajun chicken pasta with shrimp. The Cajun is very spicy. After dinner, we moved to the lounge, which is upstairs. Dae followed us up and continued to make drinks. It was a very good time. I highly recommend stopping by for food and a good time. ”
“ Pretty good food and nice staff during the pandemic. We dined outside and the staff wore masks the whole time. I told them it was for my friends bday and they brought out the sparklers! The baked mac and cheese was delicious, the strawberry crunch cake left me wanting more, the honey salmon and rice was great as well. My friend said her crab cakes were really good too, but the garlic parmesan fries were very plain and unflavorful. Overall a great experience and I'd go back! ”
“ First, I would like to start by saying I enjoyed myself so much at this restaurant and lounge I went twice in one week, which is unheard of. During my first visit, I experienced their happy hour and house music night. That’s right, there is a place in Baltimore where you can dance and listen to house music. When I returned for my second visit, I attended a live jazz event. It was absolutely wonderful. The tickets were 35, which included food (not guaranteed). By time I made it to the buffet everything was gone which was fine. I just ordered from the restaurant’s menu. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed myself during both outings because of the atmosphere, diverse crowds and music. If you never been to Noir, I strongly recommend you stopping pass...they do not disappoint. Wait and I also made an appointment at their appointment only Barbershop Flava to have the nap of neck cleaned up. This truly is a one stop shop to fulfill your needs. ”
“ Noir has good food, music, and service! Ambience - Noir is definitely for the trendy, brunch loving, millennial. Grown and sexy, but a fun vibe! But it doesn’t stop there... My mom is 64 tomorrow and I took her for her birthday, and she had an amazing time. There was a good mix of music too! Everything from Anita Baker to Roddy Ricch. I feel like anybody can catch a vibe here and enjoy themselves. Service - Tia was just we love her. Her personality was amazing! She was upbeat, made great recommendations, and was just an overall sweetheart. She really made the experience better. Definitely requesting her section next time I go. Food - flavorful! We did the bottomless mimosas, chicken and waffles, and the shrimp and grits. Everything was delicious! I’m talking about no salt and pepper, no extra anything needed. Overall... Go! LOL. You’re def to have a good time and enjoy some great food and drinks! Please please please be sure to ask for Tia! ”

Dante the bartender was a real pleasure very attentive and kind the entire night including when I came back down because they didn’t have sugar for my rim upstairs. He was amazingggggg ”
“ Was invited by my big sister who has been raving about the Noir for months. She took me to the Gordon Banks concert for her birthday . Had a great time... and the food was good also. Very grown and sexy atmosphere...enjoyed the opening band and host... ... ”
